Grand Central Rail Summer Travel Info

Due to weekend engineering works in the Potters Bar area there will be a number of changes to the departure times of some Saturday and Sunday Grand Central services operating between Sunderland, Hartlepool, Eaglescliffe, Northallerton, Thirsk, York and London King’s Cross.

Saturdays 17th July to 4th September

· Additional Service – an additional train will operate between London and Sunderland departing King’s Cross 14:48

· Retimed Service – the 16:50 London to Sunderland will depart King’s Cross at 16:53

· Cancelled Service – the 19:07 service from London King’s Cross to Sunderland is CANCELLED

Sundays 18th July to 5th September

· Retimed Service – the 09:07 London to Sunderland will depart King’s Cross 08:53

· Retimed Service – the 13:45 London to Sunderland will depart King’s Cross 13:51

· Retimed Service – the 1820 London to Sunderland will depart King’s Cross 18:51
